Refunds

Full refunds are available upon request up to one-year after purchase for participants who never started the course. Refunds are not available for purchases over one-year after purchase or for participants who start the course, but choose not to finish.

All refunds will be attributed to the original purchaser.

No partial refunds are given.

Expiration Dates

All coaching sessions must be completed within one year of completing the seminar.

No-Shows

Each participant is allotted one no-show without penalty for coaching sessions during the course. Thereafter, each no-show will be counted against their coaching session allotment.
