1. Is this course in-person or virtual?
   Participants can choose from an in-person or virtual seminar. All coaching sessions are virtual.
   
2. What happens after I purchase the course?
   Once you have purchased the course you will be instructed to register for one of the upcoming seminars. After you have completed the seminar, you will then be instructed on how to schedule your one-on-one coaching sessions.
   
3. How long does the course take to complete?
   The Starter Program takes approximately 6-8 weeks after completion of the seminar. The first coaching session will take place 1-2 weeks after the seminar and the second coaching session 4-6 weeks after your first coaching session.
   
   The Foundations Program provides support up to 12-months following the seminar. The Foundations Program follows the same initial process as the Starter Program. Then, following the second coaching session, the Foundations Program provides four additional 30-minute coaching sessions over the course of the next 6-8 months.
   
4. How long do I have to complete the course?
   Participants must complete a seminar within one-year of purchase. All coaching sessions must be completed within one year of completing the seminar. 
   
5. I didn’t complete the course. Can I get a refund?
   Full refunds are available up to one-year after purchase for participants who never started the course. Refunds are not available for purchases over one-year ago or for participants who start the course, but choose not to finish.
   
6. I can’t attend my upcoming seminar or coaching session. What should I do?

7. I missed the seminar I signed up for. What should I do?
   Contact info@launchtofinancialwellness.com for information on signing up for an upcoming seminar.
   
8. I missed my coaching session. What should I do?
   Participants are allowed one no-show without penalty. Thereafter, a no-show will be counted against your coaching allotment. Contact info@launchtofinancialwellness.com for more information.
